It will be better if towels provided. Staying here for 3 times. The breakfast has reduced to bread, juice & coffee. Previously, we have eggs, milk & milk tea. Have to wash by ourselves . Should continue to use disposal plates. Thanks

Location is great.

Breakfast is the same. Could add in a little variety.There is no bath towel. Please consider providing bath towels as it will be easier for long distance travellers from having to bring their own.

I really like the location. It's near the airport bus stop also you have easy access to the trains. The room was very clean. The toilet is very good, it even has a bidet. The bed sheets were very clean and smelled good. They also offer breakfast in the morning. There is a water dispencer available 24/7.

Convenient location.

During check in, hotel’s credit card machine did not register my credit card payment and had some arguments and displeasant experience with the staff. Felt insulted due to improper staff handling.

Good thing: 1) the toilet plates are heated with the self cleaning system. 2) the water heater is consistent in delivering warm-hot water in this winter season. 3) the bed and pillow are ok

1) The guesthouse is on the 18th floor. It cannot be easily found but you can walk to the back and the lift is facing the mailboxes. the lift is slow. 2) Breakfast is just literally 2 pieces (the uncle limited my sis in law to 2 bread per person, thinking that she will eat more than 2 pcs of bread. In fact, she was doing the toasting for the few of us (toasting is up to you to d.i.y) with individual packet of butter and strawberry jam. If you r not a Bread lover, i guess u may want to select without breakfast. 3) the guesthouse/recep uncle (maybe the boss) only do taxi booking for u if you are going to the airport. Elsewhere, do not depend on him. (i mean, up till now-i am still im korea, even the ahjuma chicken restaurant is so nice to call taxis for us because of language issue.) Conclusion: although i dont like the service, i also reflected about my expectations. Dont expect so much from this stay. Dont expect everyone to provide that kind of service that you want. :)

We only booked Maxtyle at short notice as we had to change our plans due to a typhoon passing through Busan, however we were really pleased with the experience. The guesthouse is located on the 18th floor of the building, which is right in the centre of Dongdaemun - with easy access to Dongdaemun Market, many shops and food options. We had an amazing view out of our window, and it was very easy to get around Seoul. The room itself was basic but comfortable and with a good amount of space for our family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a bit hard to find the entrance, so better instructions/signage would be appreciated.

The location, high level view, the size of the room and air-conditional

1) Shower water pressure was extremely low! We needs to take an hour more to finish bath. 2) The towels are too small and we received poor attitude from the staff when ex-changing for new towel. 3) The counter service was poor! Didn't provide clear information such as enter on which gate, proceed to which level to check-in. 4) Wrong curtain, the sunlight irradiation into the room to the bed 5) Wrong floor tiles on washing basin, too slippy which might cause risk to slip after face/mouth washing!

Location is central, it is easy to access the subway or take taxi (right outside building). There is also an underground pass to Doota mall opposite the building. Room size is spacious, it is very comfortable for 4 of us to pack our stuff. Check-in and check-out is a breeze.

For stays exceeding 3 nights maybe could have provided 1-time cleaning service every few nights. I understand that it won't be every night as it is a guesthouse. We stayed for 8nights and cleaning up rubbish and waste is not a problem, but dust do accumulate and the toilet would get dirty.

The room is spacious, with nice and clean bed. Location is great, easy to access Metro # 1 and #4.

you will not like the breakfast, they literally only offer toast, jelly, butter, plant coffee, orange juice, that's pretty much all. It may because of chimney effect, if someone opens their front door in the mid night, you'll hear the noise of air sucked in from the ventilation duct either in your bathroom or air conditioner.

직원분께서 너무 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 동대문 근처를 도보로 가능하여 위치면에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 가격대비 가족들과 한방을 사용하면서도 게스트룸이 이렇게 편할 수가 있는지 알려주셔서 감사합니다.

동대문 역사문화박물관 바로 옆이라 위치가 너무좋고 전망이 너무 좋음. 방도넓고 깨끗. 아침도 간단히 먹을수있었고 가성비좋은 곳. 청계천과 쇼핑센터가 있어 관광하기좋음

위치랑 가격등이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 둘린다면 이곳을 이용할 생각이 있습니다.

위치가 동대문 ddp근처여서 교통도 좋고 쇼핑하기도 편리함. 지하철역에서 가까워 관광하기에 최적의 숙소임

콘센트가 침대 옆에 있지 않은 점

객실 이나, 직원의 서비스 괜찮아요. 지난번 여행때도 가족과 함께 머물렀기 때문에 역시나 만족스러웠습니다. 위치도 좋아요. 그런데 주차장이 유료라는 것이 조금은 아쉽습니다.

그런데 바닥은 대리석인데 보일러가 아니예요. 그건 좋은데 천정형 시스템 에어컨으로 히터도 작동이 되던데 고장났었어요. 수리도 안되고 수리한분 오셔서 조금있다가 된다는 황당한 말씀만. 결국 전원도 안꺼져서 잘 수가 없었어요. 방도 작은곳으로 옮겨서 잘수 밖에 없었어요. 이런건 고객을 위해서라도 미리미리 점검을 해주시는것이 바람직하지 않을까요?

위치가 이용하기 편했습니다 DDP 전망도 좋았어요

침대에 머리카락이 여러개 붙어있어서 조금 찝찝했습니다 바깥 소음이 너무 잘들렸습니다 밤샘 쇼핑하고 늦게 돌아오는 사람들 소리가 많이 났어요
